Success Factors

Plan
One of the first and simplest ways to have a success factor in a day is to plan your day's activities in advance. Never start your day allowing email marketing and interruptions determine the course of your day. Of course, you will have interruptions but you can better deal with them if you know that there is a plan to accomplish scheduled tasks in the event an emergency or unscheduled issue occurs that needs your attention immediately. Never over schedule daily tasks, always leave unplanned time on your planner as a cushion to catch up after an unexpected emergency. Over-scheduling tasks can lead to stress and overwhelm at the end of the day when tasks are not completed. Think about how much time it should take you to complete a task, and then block time accordingly. Planned tasks will make you more conscious of your time and it serves as a journal of how you spend your time daily: Productive or Inefficient

Start
The best plan is inefficient if it doesn't take place. Once you have created a plan, you must take action. I prefer calling a list of tasks a "plan of action". Do not refer to your plan of action as a to-do list. A to-do list is a summary of all the things that you want to do when you have the opportunity; however, a "plan of action" is a list of tasks, scheduled in your planner to be accomplished at on a specific day and time. Once your tasks are scheduled in your planner, nothing else can be done at that time, only the scheduled task. Don't worry about being a perfectionist, just get started and trust that each task will bring you closer to your goal. Then do a periodic success audit.

Finish
Consistency is the key to success factors. If you plan it, start it, you must finish the process to have success. Make the commitment to finish whatever you start. Make the commitment to plan daily or weekly, list all tasks associated with reaching your goals, block time to schedule tasks on your planner, take action and check off completed tasks once finished. Once you began to consistently finish tasks, you will establish the habit of getting things done, the right things done and you will achieve success daily. Read a success magazine regularly.

Have A Lunch With A Mentor

Spending money to be mentored by an expert is a key strategy to personal success. In the past years, every new idea I have learned has come from the time and money I spent to be with successful mentors.
Mentors are indispensable. There is no such thing as a self-made millionaire. Everyone has had help with some kind of professional development. You can go a long way toward life mastery and business success with books and tapes. But eventually you will want to have mentors with whom you interact with on a regular basis. There are great professional development mentors to be found right in your own niche.
Make a list of those people who impress you with their achievements in business success. Then, ask the first one for lunch meeting. Repeat this process with each one as you refine your professional development questions to get the most out of the time you spend together.
Don’t forget to ask how you can be of service to each of these people.
When I was beginning this process, I was surprised that busy, successful people were willing to take the time to share their secrets of personal success with me. All you have to do is ask! You may be surprised to find they will even pass on to you professional development strategies that will amaze you.
An attitude of belief to possibility is essential. Keep your eyes and ears open, and have enough faith in yourself to make quick decisions and go for it. Don’t ever be afraid to pay someone for his or her knowledge.
The rewards you reap in saving years of trial and error, not to mention the strong possibility that you may never learn on your own the personal development strategies that they are willing to teach you, is more than worth the investment.
I was at an event where I had the opportunity to network with some of the most brilliant marketers. We brainstormed about business success over meals and in the hallways during breaks in the meetings.
Yes, we’re all in the same business as marketers, speakers and authors; but we are building strategic alliances rather than looking at each other as competitors. That makes being a well-informed risk taker much easier than going it alone.
It’s a good idea to associate with the people who are already in the place of where you want to go. Only listen to people who have big goals for themselves and are willing to do what it takes to be successful. Don’t make the mistake of asking someone for advice who hasn't done what you are planning to do. And you will soon discover that the secret of success is not hidden.

9 Hidden Keys to Happiness and Success

1. Set Goals - First, decide what you want. Take your sales, income and personal goals, and be crystal clear about them. Write them down and look at them several times throughout the day. A vague goal of doing the best you can or giving your best every day won’t get you there. You have to clearly see what you want – and often. I have a Vision Folder. Inside it I have photographs, pages from magazines and mock-ups that reflect my goals. It’s an easy and portable way to keep my goals in front me, and I look at them every morning and evening. 2. Commitment – Nothing happens without complete and total personal commitment. If you’re leaving out even 1% of your total dedication to accomplishing your goal, you won’t get there. Think about this…what would happen if your doctor had a 99% commitment to healing you or your loved one? Would that be enough for you? Would you have respect for them? If you want to sleep well at night, if you want to be respected by those you’re in relationship with and if you want to have overwhelming self-respect – commit 155% of yourself to your goals and watch your life change for the better. 3. Self-Honesty – This is a tough one for some folks. Not everyone is comfortable taking a hard look within. But if you’re serious about being successful you need to look within to see what you’re doing to create your own experience. You also need to be honest about what skills you need to learn to get you to where you want to be. Also, take an honest internal inventory of your emotional health. If you’re carrying resentment from your last employment experience, your last relationship or any other experience, it’s limiting the success you create today. Think about the people you’ve known that use resentment as insulation in their life – now notice how betrayal is a common theme in their life. There’s a reason for that. Call it the Law of Attraction, Karma, a self-fulfilling prophecy or the “as ye sow, so shall ye reap” principle, it means you are creating your own experiences. When you hold on to resentment, you are (subconsciously) believing that you don’t have a choice or any power in your current situation, that the other person is against you in some way and so this situation will turn negatively and there’s nothing you can do about it. Resentment always breeds betrayal in your life. Take an emotional inventory and heal and release the reasons for the negative emotions – particularly the resentment and watch the prosperity roll in! 4. Accountability – It doesn’t matter whether you listen to a minister, your favorite self-improvement author, your Mom or Dr. Phil, they will all tell you the same thing…your life is created from the inside out, so you might as well own it. Blame of any kind is a jail cell for your spirit. 5. Commit to Faith & Belief – Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is the evidence of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” - the faith and the belief has to come first – the evidence comes after. There was a book written several years ago under the title You’ll See It When You Believe It. Great title. In the tarot deck, the first card is the card of the Fool which shows a picture of a young man ostensibly walking off of the edge of the cliff – it’s said to be the bravest, most powerful card in the entire deck. 6. Have an Attitude of Gratitude – The most powerful words you can ever use, think or write is THANK YOU. Just as resentment can shut down your prosperity and relationships, an attitude of gratitude will open the floodgates of prosperity and love in your life. (Remember to use these powerful words with yourself as well!) Every life experience is a gift and a perspective of appreciation makes the inherent wisdom of our experiences all that more evident to us. 7. Practice Tolerance – Judgment is another self-limiting behavior that limits your success and hampers your motivation and creativity. Judgment is a terrible burden to carry around and creates a paranoiac state of mind. Practice tolerance and lighten your load! 8. Get Inspired – Inspiration comes from different sources for different people, and it’s essential that we know what works for us and that we prime these sources often. I have a writer friend who has her most motivating songs on a separate section on her iPod. When she feels blocked or frustrated or discouraged, one of the things she does is listen to those songs one by one. Long before the end of the songs she’s belting out the words right along with her favorite artist and she’s ready to take another stab at her project at hand. I like to go for a walk or a run outside. With two small children in my life I may only get ½ hour to squeeze in a run or a walk but that time is so inspirational to me. It really stirs my creativity. Meditating is inspirational as is a good movie, a good book or talking with someone else whose success you admire. 9. Take Care of Your Health – If you don’t feel well, it’s hard to stay motivated. So take good care of your health! Eat well, take vitamins, exercise every day, play, rest and enjoy your work! There’s a saying…anyone would give their money to have health, but no one would give their health to have money. Right now I’m really into juicing. It’s an idea that came to me while I was sitting outside (of course) next to the koi pond at Children’s Hospital when my son was ill last summer. As often as my husband could he would join us and come turn cartwheels to distract and make our son laugh so I could get some food into him. When –pop- there was the idea – juicing. It’s worked beautifully.

What You Did Not Learn At School

How to be successful, rich and live an exciting and ever changing life!
You see, our natural entrepreneurial flare to succeed and be unique was kicked out of us, through our school years. Once it was finally gone, we were then moulded into the perfect citizen, one who does as they are told and are told what they are good and bad at. Living the rest of our lives, never to think about great and wonderful things again.
The problem with conventional education, is that it leaves a massive hole in your personal development process.
That hole, is the entrepreneurial hole, or more commonly known as ENTREHOLE syndrome. This is when someone leaves full time education and enters the real world, with the only ambition being, to get a full time position in a company with career advancement prospects.
Once entrehole syndrome people have their safe and secure job, that's it!
Next, comes marriage, 2.4 kids, mortgage, one or two (if my company is doing really well) holidays each year, couple of days off for Christmas and a nice clean car on the drive, same meals on the same days!
Isadora Duncan said, 'People do not live nowadays - they get about ten percent out of life.'
Where's the ambition and excitement for life that you had as a child?
There needs to be a few more Donald Trump, Richard Branson characters placed in schools, which of course, will never happen because it goes against the system. The system doesn't want too many entrepreneurs, it wants SHEEP!
Life should be an exciting adventure, we are all here for a very short time, please make the most of your time, try something new, strive for success. There is a million things you could try tomorrow and it's FUN!
Try new things, we can all have a wonderful life, you can be successful and wealthy, do not settle for a boring, mundane life, full of repetition, the same thing, day in, day out.
Unfortunately to live the life of our dreams, we need that evil thing called money. But money can also be good, having money can enable you to help some amazing charities that are desperate for money, you can help your friends, family and people in need. Money isn't the be all and end all of life, but as the great Zig Ziglar says 'money isn't everything, but it ranks right up there with oxygen!'

3 easy ways to get ahead in life

1. Have a look at your lifestyle
There may be various factors that play a role in the life that you are leading. These aspects may be taking away from you the ability to focus and concentrate appropriately.
Do you feel weak and tired, so you cannot concentrate properly? That could be because you are not having enough sleep, or you are not exercising, your diet may be unbalanced - either not eating enough or eating plenty of junk food - or perhaps you are overworked, stressed out or even burnt out.
Take a lifestyle check. See where you can improve on it.
2. What is your purpose?
Ask yourself a few simple questions to get your brainstorming session going. Questions such as: What is important to me right now? Is my job important to me? Is my relationship with my partner or spouse important to me? Is getting that promotion what I really want? How important is it for me to attend next week's event?
Get the idea? Ask the questions that pertain to you. Seek out what is important for you.
3. Set your objectives
Having goals and objectives is what gets us going, what motivates us to reduce watching TV and socialising with friends.
Objectives provide a clear focus on where you want to go and it excites within you the enthusiasm to pursue that goal. You will have a reason for getting up earlier in the mornings, for staying up a little later at night, or for putting the extra hour or two at the weekend.
Find your purpose, your objective for getting things done. Bring in some excitement into the project you are working on; become enthusiastic about it, then make it your priority to get it done, and find ways to enjoy working at it.
And when you finish that task, reward yourself with a well-earned five-minute break or pat on the back. Just reward yourself with something that really pleases you.

Befriend Your Fear

Fear is an illusion of the mind. It can cripple you and stifle your very existence if you don't know how to conquer or befriend your fear. Fear is the opposite of Faith or belief in oneself. If you are not confident in your abilities, fear is bound to plague you.
If you are a dreamer and want to accomplish your goals and dream, you have to put aside fear. It is reasonable to say that fear is a human condition that when felt can release such intense emotions that keeps you from moving forward. As long as you don't let the fear stop you from the pursuit of success, then it is Ok to feel the fear and still face your situation head one. Most people have fear of different things depending on the level of consciousness that they have become aware of in their lives.
Fear of failing, fear of success, fear of loneliness, fear of the unknown, fear of mistakes and fear of flying are some of the fears that cripple some people into living life at its fullest. There is no way that we can stop fear from showing up because since we are only human, it is quite likely that we will have some kind of fear. However, if you can reach inside and find a way to befriend that fear, it will eventually go away and you will be amazed that it wasn't really worth it.
Fear is a mechanism to challenge you. The television show, "Fear Factor," exemplifies this fact. If you learn how to get past the fear, you can become successful and experience the joy and relief of relinquishing that fear.
If fear is stopping you from fulfilling your dreams, you may need a coach or mentor to help you to recognize your fear, embrace your fear, and diffuse your fear. Let your coach or mentor assist you in releasing the fear and not allowing it to control you. You may need some tools to equip you on how to handle fear.
Here are some quick suggestions:
1. Don't push away your fears. Embrace them. Find out what is causing you to fear and stretch yourself so that you won't miss out an opportunity due to fear.
2. Befriend your fears no matter what they are. If this fear is causing you to stand still and not be able to move forward, it is time to deal with it head-on. If you are afraid to take the risk, go ahead and do it anyway. It is OK to stumble and get back up. It is not OK to sit with the fear and do nothing.
3. Ask yourself, "What is the worst thing that can happen?" You might be surprised by the answer you get. Don't let the fear consume you so much that you cannot accept the response you get. . If the worse thing that can happen still frightens you, then you need to do it anyway. Sometimes, it is all in your mind.
4. Take risks. Allow someone like a coach to help you to realize that success comes with failures and you don't know the outcome until you try. Allow the coach to support you in your decisions or give you a different perspective on your fears.
5. Getting someone else's viewpoint may be just what you need to calm your fears.
6. Encourage yourself. Increase your confidence by doing research on whatever makes you fear.
Managing your fears requires how you approach those fears. Self-confidence is a sure way to conquer your fears and to build your confidence, hire a coach or mentor who will help you to feel good about your decisions and work on dreams.

Your Imagination Is The Key To Success

Most people who first begin their personal development journey believe that all they must do is see what they desire and then hold that image for awhile and then everything will change. This is not true if you continually hold your image of what you desire; however refuse to take action nothing in your life will change. Your imagination is the key to your success however it is just part of it.
What do you want to accomplish? Are you looking to become a better parent, do you want to write your own book, develop a website ... etc Whatever you want to achieve all you must do is find someone who accomplished what you want to do before you did and model exactly what they did. Never stop listening to what the successful people before you did or have to say about how to reach success in the area you desire. Listen to the insight on how they utilize their minds about certain things and how they have overcome the challenges they have encountered. Be willing to take their advice and apply it to your own life. Most people pick up a book and their intentions are good they want to achieve success and begin taking action towards what they desire; however for one reason or another they do not listen to what the successful people have done and decide to do it differently.
There are other people who do not believe that imagination is the key to success and do not believe that what you focus on expands. However these are the people that will never experience the life they truly desire. I recommend you get your hands on the book by Napoleon Hill and read it and begin applying the principles. People from all sorts of life have utilized these principles to achieve their success in life.
For example this is a definite chief aim that was written by someone who achieved great things in life (you can find this in the Think and Grow Rich book):
"I Bruce Lee, will be the first highest paid Oriental paid superstar in the United States. In turn I will give the most exciting performances and render the best of quality in the capacity of an actor. Starting in 1970 I will achieve world fame and then from then onward till the end of 1980 I will have in my possession $10,000,000. I will the live the way I please and achieve inner harmony and happiness."
Bruce Lee Jan 1969 (Secret)
Anyone who has achieved any type of success in life understand that your imagination is the key to success. It has worked for many people and will continue to work for everyone else who is willing to put forth the effort and learn how to control their thoughts.

10 powerful Strategies To Attract Success

step 1: Take this tip for answering the phone and take it into your e-mail dialog. It's a great simple way to get more results from all of your efforts.
Step 2: When you trust the outcome is perfect, you defy all of the judgmental mindset that typically prevents you from achievement. Try it. This is a discipline and not everyone can master it. When you do get very clear on the outcome being right -- regardless of how it may feel or seem -- others will be more attracted to your light. Everyone wants someone who is calm and clear in a storm.
Step 3: Expect the exceptional. What if you answered every call as though it were going to be news that you won the lottery? Except something good to happen. Tell people all day "I just know something amazing is going to happen today." Be firm on knowing something good will happen. It really changes your chemistry and uplifts everyone around you.
Step 4: Imagining something good is different from expecting something good. Actively picture a client calling you with great news. Actively picture yourself selling something you want to sell. Actively imagine, tap those visualization muscles you may have let lax, and get clear on a picture of something amazing showing up. If what you want is to make a sale, picture a sale going through. If what you want is to attract new clients, picture someone saying to you "you have exactly what I have been looking for!"
Step 5: Get clear on where you want to be a year from now. Write a letter to yourself in the present tense. "Dear self, it is X date in the year 2009 and I cannot believe how much I love my career, my home, my friends, my family." If you don't know where you are going, how can you communicate that to anyone else? The Law of Attraction is about focusing where you want, consciously, to ease the path and attract everything you want into your life.
Step 6: Let it go. Have some fun where you are right now. This is critical. Letting go is a critical step. This is a key component of intentionally causing the Law of Attraction to consciously bring practical results into your life.
Step 7: Get wildly happy about the small things. You know the phrase don't sweat the small stuff? I say get crazy happy about the small good stuff that shows up. You find a nickel on the ground. You are asking for more money and then you find a nickel. Most people go "ok great that's not 1 million so blah blah blah." What if you go "OH MY GOSH I FOUND A NICKEL!" And if you have kids in your life, they really get into this. They'll start bringing you pennies, nickels, even dollar bills. Kids love enthusiasm. So does everyone.
A call from a potential future client who found you somewhere and heard about you but is not ready yet to buy everything you want to sell? Get happy. Seriously celebrate. I cannot stress this point enough. When small things don't make you happy, there is this kind of pattern where the big things get blocked. So get crazy wild in enthusiasm about the small stuff. Special note: If no one knows what you are doing, you may want to temper your decimal level of enthusiasm in the office to avoid comments about your mental health. Or show them this article and get into it with your whole team. This step is a major key in putting the Law of Attraction into Action.
Step 8: Appreciate beauty in everyone. Instead we judge. We criticize, we think about how people are not like ourselves or are not as good as someone else. Stop all that and see what is good in people. This is going to be telepathically communicated to everyone you meet. When you are in awe and wonder, people get that. And they like it. Since your success will most likely occur when you are in relationship with people like buyers, sellers, clients, friends, business contacts, office mates, then it only makes sense to tune up the relationships to a higher level. One way to do that is to be in awe of every person you meet. Try it!
Step 9: What are you resisting? What are you holding back? What don't you want? Do you want clients but you don't want lots of clients? Do you want money but you don't want lots of money? Do you want to lose weight but you don't want to lose all of your weight? Look at things differently. Picture what you do want and want it with all of your being. Let go of anything that is not about seeing yourself as an amazing being of light.
Step 10: Choose to experience success. It is that simple.

You Can Realise Your Dreams

Direct your mental and physical energies means everything concerning what will materialize within your life. If you were born rich or have recently won the lottery, this post isn't for you. However, if you are one of the masses who wish to increase their wealth, especially by harnessing the unlimited forces of the Internet, then you might want to read this closely.
• You will fail unless you fully intend to succeed. There are too many people who are motivated and directed in the world for fortune to favor those who are not. It must all start within you. If you do not believe that success is a distinct possibility for you, then it won't be.
• You have to employ the power of your will. You have to think and act in ways that will directly contribute to your success. Each second of life that you spend otherwise will only stack the odds higher against you.
• You have to learn the concept of sacrifice. You have to sacrifice your free time. You have to invest your spare funds. You have to sacrifice your energy. You have to wake up early. You have to live the life of one who strives for fortune and prosperity. Failure to do so will lead to continued mediocrity.
• Dedication is the key to your success. It doesn't matter if you wish to succeed in direct sales, Internet marketing, artistic endeavors or any other type of enterprise; you must become knowledgeable and dedicate yourself to your goals. Nobody is going to come along and hand you what you desire on a gold-lined platter of ease.
• You must learn to see yourself in the position that you wish to be in - not in the one that you are. Mentally project yourself to a plane of existence where you wish to dwell. Dream big and dream constantly!
Begin your journey to prosperity today. Do not listen to or even hear naysayers. Surround yourself with people who think like you do. Place yourself in the midst of the successful and learn from them. Realize that what you intend will become your reality. Know the power of your thoughts and visualize your way to fortune! This is the way. This is the truth. Believe in yourself and dedicate your energies and thoughts to wealth and success. Only then will you experience your desires
